A classic from the renaissance, the shell guard and finger loops, fore-quillion and jeweled pommel.

 

This design can be altered to your specifications on request, with a simple or more ornate pommel,  shell guard or knuckle bow.

 

Please be aware that any design that is too detailed may not be possible, however simple designs should be achievable and are included in the price.   The blade shown had a makers’ mark applied to the blade, but runes, blade markings etc can be workable.

 

The sword will also balance to around a hands’ breadth from the forward guard unless otherwise requested.  Please be aware that any balancing further back towards the hand will result in a very light-blade feel and the weapon will not naturally hang in a scabbard.
