Renaissance-inspired LARP weapons and equipment

From some pictures in Paintshop, some mind-twisting conversation and a demanding remit, our customer decided on this monstrosity.  A few weeks at the Forge of Chaos, sweating over the heat of the Infernal Fires of Hell produced this Evil Blade, tempered in the blood of demons and … well, you get the picture.

 

At 42 inches, with a hand and a half leather bound grip, ornate guard sweeping up and down front and back, the long straight-edged blade, curved edges running down the back.

 

The second blade was a massive 54 inches long, with the skeleton wrapped ribcage and arms as cross guard, a truly epic fantasy piece.
